Character education is one of the main priorities in the Indonesian national education system, because it functions to form a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has strong morals and personality. Character education is the foundation for building a civilized, ethical, and integrated society. This study aims to analyze the implementation of character education strategies in shaping students’ religious and disciplinary attitudes at MTs Sunan Drajat, Paciran, Lamongan. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects consisted of the principal, teachers, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings revealed that character education strategies at MTs Sunan Drajat were carried out through three main approaches: modeling, habituation, and supervision. Religious values were instilled through routine worship activities, spiritual development programs, and the integration of moral values in classroom instruction. Meanwhile, students’ discipline was developed through school regulations, extracurricular activities, and rewards for positive behavior. The results also indicated that the success of character education was supported by the synergy among teachers, students, and parents in creating a conducive and religious learning environment. Therefore, the character education strategy implemented at MTs Sunan Drajat effectively fosters students’ faith, discipline, and responsibility in both academic and social contexts.
