Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of group guidance services on the formation of students' religious behavior through the muhasabah method. The design used is a pre-test-post-test design. The sample of this study was 10 students of class X IPS Madrasah Aliyah Sunan Drajat Lamongan who have low and very low religious behavior. The data collection technique for this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the z test. The results of this study indicate that students' religious behavior increased after being given group guidance services, this can be seen from the mean pretest of 120.77 and the mean posttest of 22.60 with a Z value = - 2.807 and p = 0.005, so p <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of group guidance services on students' religious behavior. The contribution of the influence of group guidance services in improving students' religious behavior is seen from the coefficient of determination index (r2) showing a result of 5%. The researcher's recommendation to further researchers is to conduct research on the influence of group guidance services on other aspects of students that can help in achieving learning success.
