Efektifitas Komunikasi Interpersonal dalam Bimbingan dan Konseling Keluarga untuk Meningkatkan Keharmonisan

Abstract

Communication skills are crucial, as communication is an art form, one that can be either easy or difficult. Married women, in particular, must be skilled at communicating with people of all ages. When we communicate effectively, positive energy flows, and even our environment becomes supportive. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the effectiveness of international communication in family guidance to improve harmony between parents-in-law and daughter-in-law. This type of research is an experimental research design with pre- experimental one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of this study were 5 pairs of parents-in-law and 10 girls in-law. Methods of data collection using the effectiveness scale of interpersonal communication. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The data analysis method used is descriptive method. The results of the research on the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in family guidance and counseling to improve harmony between in-laws and daughters-in-law are an increase of 15%. The conclusion of this study is the effectiveness of low interpersonal communication can be increased through family counseling services.
