Abstract

 The current of development cannot be stopped, all societies must be able to adapt to the times. We are now in the digital era, almost all aspects of life cannot be separated from the digital space. This includes the management of educational institutions. Digital transformation has become an inevitability in educational management. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mamba'ul Ulum Dagan Solokuro Lamongan is an Islamic educational institution that strives to develop digital-based madrasa management to meet the challenges of the times. Every effort is made to realize a completely digital madrasa and can be said to be a modern madrasa. This study aims to answer how the digital transformation strategy in modern madrasa management, what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the implementation of digital transformation strategies in modern madrasa management? This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the madrasa implements interpretive and transformational strategies through the utilization of internal resources and the gradual use of simple digital platforms. This process is supported by a collaborative spirit, adaptive leadership, and external partnerships. The obstacles include limited infrastructure, digital literacy, and internal regulations. The transformation was carried out in stages as an effort to build a modern, adaptive and collaborative madrasah.
